Communications Consent Disclosure

Last updated: [PLACEHOLDER — insert date before launch]

This page explains what you are agreeing to when you check the consent box on our contact form, how Court Benefit Solutions LLC (“CBS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may contact you, and how you can change your preferences at any time.

The Consent You Provide

When you submit our contact form, you are asked to check a box next to the following statement. This is the exact consent language displayed on the form (version v1.0-2026-04-01):

“By clicking Submit, I consent to be contacted by Court Benefit Solutions LLC by phone, text message, and email at the contact information I provided, including through automated technology where permitted. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”

The form will not submit unless you check this box. We record the version of the consent language shown to you and the date and time of your submission for our records.

How We May Contact You

After you submit the form, a licensed agent from CBS may contact you using the phone number, email address, or both that you provided. Communications may include:

  • Phone calls — to discuss your insurance inquiry, answer questions, and present coverage options
  • Text messages (SMS) — to confirm your inquiry, schedule a call, or share brief updates related to your request
  • Emails — to follow up on your inquiry, provide requested information, or share relevant insurance resources

Where permitted by law, some communications may be sent using automated dialing technology or prerecorded messages. We will not use these methods in states or circumstances where they are prohibited.

We contact you for purposes related to the insurance inquiry you submitted. We do not sell your contact information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Consent Is Not Required to Get a Quote

Your consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product. If you prefer not to be contacted by phone or text, you may still reach us directly by calling (407) 616-7702 or emailing info@courtbenefitsolutions.com.

How to Opt Out

You can withdraw your consent at any time using any of these methods:

  • Text messages: Reply STOP to any text message from us. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
  • Email: Click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or send an email to info@courtbenefitsolutions.com with the subject line “Unsubscribe.”
  • Phone: Call us at (407) 616-7702 and ask to be removed from our contact list.
  • Written request: Mail your request to Court Benefit Solutions LLC at [PLACEHOLDER — insert mailing address before launch].

We will process your opt-out request as quickly as possible, typically within a few business days. Opting out of marketing communications will not affect any transactional messages related to an active policy or pending application, where permitted by law.

Message Frequency and Data Rates

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and the status of your request. We do not send a fixed number of messages per month.

Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to text messages you receive from us or send to us. These rates are determined by your carrier and your wireless plan. Contact your carrier if you have questions about your plan’s messaging charges.
